Advisory

Based on my expertise in IT, architecture, data, cyber security and related operational risk topics, I advise and support members of supervisory bodies and executives in mastering their technical and strategic challenges in the technical areas and support them in developing and expanding their know-how.

As a Strategic Advisor, I support you with a holistic corporate perspective. I am your ideal sparring partner and personal advisor for the preparation of board and management meetings. With my advice, getting through complex technical topics and asking the right questions becomes more effortless.

This may include:

  • Strategic alignment and further development of technology in your company, including “cost vs. performance vs. security vs. time-to-market” discussions as well as method and leadership discussions (agile vs. conventional)
  • Enterprise and IT architecture as well as technology use - including new topics such as cloud, AI or blockchain
  • Buildup, testing and continuous improvement of a cyber defense dispositive or related dimensions of business and IT service continuity management
  • Challenges in data management or dealing with technology as well as IT-, reputation and process risks

I build on decades of management experience, mainly in the financial industry. Among others, I have led teams in IT architecture, data, cyber security, risk and general management. As Chief of Staff, I became very familiar with the work of executive boards and with the dynamics in the relationship with the Board of Directors. And since serving as deputy CIO of a large Swiss financial institution, I am very familiar with the challenges of large, grown, complex IT environments.

This solid professional practical experience, my strategic and integral way of thinking and a disciplined, goal-oriented working style are my foundation for providing you with individual advice and support.

My name is Armin Keller. I was born and raised in Switzerland. Throughout my career, I have always been committed to the development of talents as well as of my own professional and personal growth.

I'm ambitious, always seeking my very own path in a responsible way and pursuing my goals with discipline and perseverance. As a lifelong learner, I constantly keep myself up to date with the latest knowledge. Even today, I am still constantly pushing myself out of my comfort zone, both physically and mentally.

I have always been fascinated by mountains. I've spent a lot of time in the Alps and the Himalayas - climbing and mountaineering in the past, traveling and taking photos nowadays. I do endurance sports and am interested in other cultures.
